Welcome to SwiftGo. By accessing or using our mobile application and marketplace services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SwiftGo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use SwiftGo:

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws

3. Account Registration and Security

  • You must not share your login credentials with others
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You are liable for all activities conducted through your account

4. Platform Usage

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use SwiftGo to:

  • Browse and purchase products across marketplace categories
  • Create seller storefronts and list products for sale
  • Use SwiftGo AI tools for listing optimization and smart pricing
  • Communicate with buyers and sellers through our in-app chat system
  • Send and receive payments for legitimate marketplace transactions
  • Access AI-powered product discovery and recommendations

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent product listings
  • Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to manipulate or abuse our systems
  • Use automated systems or bots without permission
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest data from the platform
  • Interfere with platform security or functionality
  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
  • List prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal goods

5. Marketplace Transactions

5.1 Product Listings

Sellers listing products on SwiftGo must ensure all listings are accurate, legal, and properly described. SwiftGo does not guarantee the quality or authenticity of products listed by third-party sellers.

5.2 Buyer-Seller Agreements

Purchase agreements between buyers and sellers are independent contracts. SwiftGo facilitates transactions but is not a party to these agreements and is not responsible for product quality, fulfillment, or outcomes.

5.3 Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are solely responsible for product descriptions, accuracy of listings, compliance with applicable laws, fulfillment of orders, and shipping of sold items.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Payment Processing

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers
  • SwiftGo charges commission fees on marketplace transactions
  • Fees are disclosed before transactions are completed
  • You are responsible for applicable taxes on your earnings

6.2 Refunds and Disputes

  • Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the transaction
  • Payment disputes should be reported within 14 days
  • SwiftGo may mediate disputes but is not obligated to do so
  • Final decisions on disputes are at SwiftGo's sole discretion

6.3 Chargebacks

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and legal action. SwiftGo reserves the right to contest illegitimate chargebacks.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 SwiftGo's Rights

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, and branding of SwiftGo are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

7.2 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content, you grant SwiftGo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for platform operations and improvements.

8. User Conduct and Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor user content, listings, and communications
  • Remove content or listings that violate these terms
  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Report illegal activities to authorities
  • Investigate suspected fraud or abuse

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

9.2 Termination by SwiftGo

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms & Conditions
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Abuse other users or our support team
  • Fail to pay required fees or commissions
  • Create security risks for the platform

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service "As Is"

SwiftGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.

10.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will make sales, find products, or achieve success through our marketplace. Results depend on individual effort, product quality, and market conditions.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftGo and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the fees paid to SwiftGo in the past 12 months
  • Actions or omissions of other users
  • Third-party services or content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SwiftGo, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
